1. Data controller

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is:

  • Name: Daniel Navarro Murillo
  • NIF: 25483525P
  • Address: Calle Mayor 57, 50500 Tarazona, Zaragoza, Spain
  • Email: hola@solosearch.app

2. What data we collect and why

Account registration

When you create an account we collect your name and email address. This data is necessary to provide the service and manage your subscription. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. SoloSearch does not store or process your payment card details. Paddle's privacy policy applies to all payment data. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Usage data

We collect data about how you use the SoloSearch panel — such as actions performed and features accessed — in order to improve the service and resolve issues. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Communications

We may send you transactional emails (account confirmations, invoices, service notifications) as part of the contract. With your consent, we may also send commercial communications about new features, plans, or related products. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at hola@solosearch.app.

Website analytics

The SoloSearch public website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our pages (pages visited, traffic sources, time on site). This data is collected via cookies and transmitted to Google LLC, which processes it as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can manage via the cookie banner. See section 5 for more details.

3. How long we keep your data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

Invoices and billing records are retained for 6 years regardless of account status, as required by Spanish commercial and tax law (Art. 30 of the Commercial Code and Art. 66 of the General Tax Law). This retention obligation applies to the invoices themselves — not to your account credentials or usage data.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following third-party processors, strictly for the purposes described above:

  • Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and subscription management
  • Google LLC — website analytics (Google Analytics). Google receives anonymised browsing data (pages visited, traffic source, device type) and your IP address. No account data such as your name or email is shared with Google.

Transfers to Google LLC involve data leaving the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission.

5. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: Session cookies required for the panel to function (authentication, CSRF protection). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the public website. These are only set with your consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — request that we limit the processing of your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hola@solosearch.app. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.

9. Contact

For any questions about this policy or about how we handle your data, contact us at hola@solosearch.app.
