Analytics

The analytics section shows you what visitors are searching for and how they interact with the results. Use it to spot gaps in your catalogue, discover popular terms, and see which products get the most clicks from search.

Go to Search → Analytics.

Search queries

Each row in the analytics table represents a unique query on a given day, with three metrics:

Metric Description
Searches How many times this query was submitted on that day
Results Average number of products returned for this query
Clicks How many times a user clicked a product after searching for this

Product clicks

The Product clicks tab shows which specific products were clicked from search results and how many times.

What to look for

Queries with zero results — your catalogue doesn't have what people are looking for. Consider adding synonyms, expanding your feed, or adjusting field weights.

Queries with results but zero clicks — results are showing but none are relevant enough to click. Review the field weights and boost configuration for those terms.

High-click products — your best performers in search. Make sure they're well-stocked and their data is complete in the feed.

Data freshness

Analytics data is collected in real time by the search widget and consolidated every 15 minutes. There is a short delay between a search happening and it appearing in the panel.
